Anna Guo (Guo Min-qing), ancienne professeure au célèbre Conservatoire de musique de Shanghai, enseigne et joue du yang-qin depuis plus de 30 ans. La sortie de ses deux albums solo – Collection of Yang-qin Solos (1992) et Masterpieces performed by Yang-qin Masters (1995) – a fait de Guo le principal musicien de yang-qin en Chine.
